Getting started:
/player set mode map
/town new <name> <--- Cost's 25k
/town set perm off/on
/town set perm resident build off/on
/town set perm resident destroy off/on
/town set perm ally build off/on

/town set perm outsider destroy off/on

Plots for sale:
/town set plotprice <amount>
/town set plottax <amount>
/town set taxes <amount> <--- if taxes are to high your town will fall apart!

Spawn?:
/town set spawn

Claiming land:
/town deposit 750 <---- use so you have money in your town bank to claim land
/town claim rect auto <--- auto claim
/player set mode map townclaim <---- walk to claim
/town claim outpost <---- Claims a far away island

Putting A plot up for sale:
/plot forsale
/plot notforsale
/town set plottax [$] < --- Set these as the daily plot tax
/town set plotprice [$] < ---- how much should they buy the land for?

Growing your town:
/town add <name> <--- adds people to your town.
/town leave <----- leaves the town you are currently in

Controlling your town:
/town set pvp [on/off]
/town set board [message ... ]
/town set mayor [mayor] <--- gives up your rank
/town assistant [add/remove] [resident] <--- adds an assistant to your town (Co - Mayor)

Renaming your town:
/town set name [name]

Deleting your town:
/town delete [town]
